I think it is shameful that this last boy has not been identified. I contacted CC Moore. No reply. I contacted The Doe Project and was told Harris County took the project over. Emailed and it bounced back. Called and the number was out of order. I emailed Othram and got a reply that they would look into it. Then nothing. Sent more emails. Stock replies with a case number.
